Twisted graduated from St Martins College London and in 2003 moved to Tokyo. First he worked as a press office stylist, in his free time he began drawing on the shop walls of Paul Smith Harajuku. 2007 saw his first exhibition at “SPACE” the flagship Paul Smith shop in Aoyama. In the past 4 years he has illustrated and designed t-shirts for several of Japan’s leading brand names. Twisted takes influence from Edwardian and Victorian England and is influenced by artist’s such as David Hockney, the writer William Burrows and movies such as “Clock Work Orange”. Twisted currently lives 15 minutes walk from Enoshima beach Japan...nice.
