Josh Eacret is a Midwestern illustrator who capitalizes on the nostalgia of the farm town he grew up in by mixing it with his detailed line work and slightly-twisted sense of humor. His love of type and wit are evident in many of his pieces. His style is constantly changing, but always familiar. Leaving the world of corporate design behind, he now works from his home studio as a full-time illustrator in Rockton, IL - a slightly untouched town well-outside the reaches of Chicagoan hustle - where he creates product surface-art, indie rock posters and a small amount of mayhem. His wife (Amanda) and son (Silas) are mostly glad he works from home.
