Ashley Anderson was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1982. After being struck by lightning in 1997, he decided to pursue art as a career and studied painting at Georgia Southern University. Ashley currently lives in Atlanta and divides his work between intense, symmetrical, hand drawn images built from his sketchpads and traditional paintings and drawings of digital relics from video games, desktop icons, and cell phone menus.
