As a founding member of the Kreativ Network art collaborative, Kelly D. Williams’ unique and experimental work has appeared around the world- usually adorned with his trademark text [random sayings or individual words that somehow make perfect sense], feathery curves, frustrated lines, unexplainable characters, and the fe^ted signature. Inspired by his roots in the quiet outdoors of the Teton Mountain Range and his career-based divergence into the urban masses, his unrefined yet thoughtful style is littered with spiritual optimism. He has served as the Art Director for Compatriot Snowboards since 1999, and his designs have appeared on skateboards, records, clothing, within various publications, and now on 2k by Gingham T-shirts. Kelly enjoys collecting music, finding places to skate in small towns like the one he grew up in, and riding his bicycle wherever he goes. To keep his mind occupied with positive energy, Kelly is currently the resident designer and consultant at Distrikt NYC, the creative design & clothing boutique.
